| 摘 要： | 以高职汽车维修实训基地建设引入5S管理为例,从5S实施的必要性、5S实施意义、实施要点、5S实施主要障碍等几个方面探讨了实训基地进行5S管理的有效途径,以期培养高职学生良好的综合素质,使学生掌握专业技能的同时具备一定的企业精神与品质,成为受企业欢迎的人才。

| Abstract: | In this paper,auto repair vocational training base construction to introduce 5S management as an example,from the necessity of 5S implementation,5S implementation significance,implementation points,main obstacle of 5S implementation to discuss the effective way of5S management in training base,in order to cultivate students’ good comprehensive quality,to enable students to master professional skills,at the same time has certain spirit of enterprise and quality,be welcomed by enterprises personnel. |
