高职院校办学质量评价职业化的理性回归

摘    要:高职院校办学质量评价是学校质量认证、自身发展、履行社会责任和促进教育公平的客观需要。高职办学质量评价存在的问题是:评价的关键内容无关切,缺乏维度;专家队伍不专业,缺乏信度;评估结论无结果,缺乏效度。基于高职办学质量评价的职业化理性回归,应确立"第三方"评价制度,重构多元评价体系,突出"三主"导向理念,注重评价过程体验。

Abstract:Quality evaluation of higher vocational schools is the objective need for schools to quality certification,self-development,fulfill their social responsibilities and promote education equity.At present,some problems exist in the school-running quality evaluation of higher vocational schools,such as the key evaluation contents have not received attentions and lack dimension;the specialists are unprofessional,and lack credibility;the evaluation conclusion is ineffective and lack validity,and so on.Based on the rational returning for the professionalization of school-running quality evaluation of higher vocational schools,the following measures need to be taken: establish the "third-party" evaluation system,reconstruct multi-subject evaluation system,highlight "three-leading" orientation view,and pay attention to the experience for evaluation process.
