摘 要: | 听力是大学英语学习的一个重要组成部分,听力水平的高低也是衡量一个大学生英语水平的高低的标准。本文从探讨元认知策略入手,分析了元认知策略与听力自主学习的密切关系.提出了要培养和强化学生的元认知意识,并指出在课堂教学中要灵活运用元认知策略构建指导性听说自主学习。从而激发学生的学习兴趣和主人翁意识。

Abstract: | Listening is the core of learning English, and it is one of the standards to judge one's English level at college. Beginning with the research on met cognitive strategy, this thesis analyzes its relation with self-study, emphasizes on English learners' met cognitive awareness and points out that met cognitive strategy is applied flexibly to build self-study on teachers' guiding, to motivate students to learn English with interest and initiative. |
