| 摘 要： | 高校作为传播知识、传承文明、培养人才、创新科技、服务社会的重要阵地，是社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。构建高校和谐校园是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求，构建高校和谐校园必须要建立以人为本的科学民主管理制度体系，必须要努力培育优良的校风、教风、学风，必须要大力营造和谐的人际关系。

| Abstract: | As an important base of teaching knowledge, transfer civilization, training talents, innovating science and technology and serving the society, a college is the vital part of the harmonious socilist society. To construct the harmonious college campus is the necessary demand of constructing the harmonious socilist society and must set up the scientific and demonastic ad- minstrative system on the notion of basing on humanism and cultivate the excellent atmespheres of campus, teaching and studying with the harmonious relationship. |
