摘    要:热电联供双燃料发动机的动力性和经济性要求有较高的充气效率,而使用气化炉制取生物制气时,排气管和进气管都需较长引起发动机进气压力损失增加,排气背压升高,从而导致充气效率下降。试验结果表明:供油提前角和负荷增大,充气效率略有上升,转速增加,充气效率先增大后减小。

Abstract:Higher charging efficiency is essential for dynamic and economic quality of dual fuel engine for cogeneration. But charging efficiency decreases when back pressure of exhaust and the loss of intake pressure increase because of longer intake and exhaust tubes, which are used for biogas produced by the gasifier. The test results showed: charging efficiency rises slightly if fuel supply advance angle and load grow; charging efficiency declines after rising if speed increases.
