摘    要:参与式教师培训既是一种培训理念,也是一种方法和形式。其价值目标契合了我国当前正在实施的新课程改革的理念。同时,新课程改革也为其提供了广阔的实践空间,而且,随着理论研究的深入与实践经验的积累必将为这种培训提供更加有力的支持与指导。

Abstract:Teacher-involved training is both a training concept as well as a kind of method and form,its value aim is in accordance with the concept of the new curriculum reform in China.Meanwhile,the new curriculum reform provides the teacher-involved training with a larger room for practice.Moreover,with further theory research and practice,the reform will undoubtedly offer this training more powerful support and direction.
