| 摘 要： | 把建构教师文化纳入科研管理,是高职学院自身建设的重要课题。强化高职学院的科学研究与管理,有利于开掘教师的内隐知识,提升教师的理论运用与研究能力,有利于人的全面发展和可持续发展,使人的活动质量得到根本性提高。要采取相应的对策,提升高职学院的科学研究与管理水平。

| Abstract: | It is an important task for the self-construction of higher vocational institutes to bring the building of teachers' culture into scientific research and management.It is of benefit to excavate teachers' intrinsic knowledge by strengthening the scientific research and management of higher vocational institutes.It is also of benefit to the people's all-round and sustainable development by promoting teachers' abilities of theory application and research.This can improve the activity quality fundamentally.The corresponding countermeasure should be taken so as to promote the level of scientific research and management in higher vocational institutes. |
