| 摘 要： | 中国传统人格是中华民族数千年创造的文明结晶,包含着人类发展不可或缺的精神因素。生死焦虑的死亡意识、才性相异的人生追求、入世避世的行为选择、狂慎一体的伦理规范构成了中国传统人格的内在冲突。它对现代理想人格的塑造有积极的借鉴意义:应秉持"个我"和"类我"相结合的生存状态,自我设计时应关注个体认知与社会职业的匹配,行为选择时应考虑社会责任并保持顺逆境下的平静心态,人格建构时应注意保护和张扬培养创新型人才所需的个性。
