| 摘 要： | 绩效评价是提高职业教育财政支出效果的有效途径。本文从因子分析法的视角,构建了职业教育财政支出绩效评价体系及模型,实证研究了江苏省14个市的职业教育财政支出绩效。针对评价发现的问题,提出了改善职业教育财政支出绩效的政策建议,包括拓宽经费渠道、健全绩效评价制度和改革拨款模式。
