| 摘 要： | 民国时期苏南地区自然灾害频繁，主要灾害有水灾、旱灾、虫灾等，其特点是损失惨重、灾害频繁、灾害具有季节性等，灾害严重破坏社会生产力，恶化生态环境，摧毁了大量的社会财富。灾后民众生活困苦，社会矛盾激化，进而加重了生态环境的负担，导致了自然灾害与生态环境恶化的恶性循环。

| Abstract: | Natural disasters occurred frequently during the Republic of China, mainly including flood, drought and plague of insects, which severely damage social productive forces and deteriorate ecological environment and destroy enormous social wealth. People＇s hard life and sharp social contradictions increase the burden of ecological environment, which lead to the vicious circle between natural disasters and deterioration of ecological environment. |
