| 摘 要： | 图书馆员的快乐感受，不仅影响着个人的生活和工作，同时也影响着高校图书馆的绩效水平和职能的有效发挥。目前高校图书馆对图书馆人的管理重视不够，管理制度见物不见人，管理者缺乏管理的艺术性，工作人员职业懈怠。快乐化管理遵循人本管理原则，注重管理艺术，调动了广大员工的工作积极性。该文从管理制度、管理者、被管理者三方面就高校图书馆如何实施快乐化管理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The happiness of librarians can not only affect their own life and work, but also the effective per-formance levels and functions of college libraries. At present, libraries in colleges do not pay due attention to the management of personnel. Library regulations do not consider the librarians＇feelings and the administration lack the art of management. Happiness management follows management principle, pays attention to the art of management, and mobilizes the enthusiasm of the general staff. This thesis probes into how to carry out the happiness manage-ment in colleges from the aspects of regulations, managers and employees. |
