| Abstract: | Teachers growth is the guarantee that a school can maintain its vitality. Xi'an Tie Yi High School has actively explored the path of teachers growth based on professional awareness and cultivated an excellent team of teachers. The school mainly starts from the following aspects. First, educate and promote morality to strengthen the sense of mission and encourage teachers to adhere to the essence of education. Second, promote scientific management to develop the employer system and strengthen teachers' sense of belonging. Third, promote dual development of teaching and educating to enhance teachers' sense of existence and moral awareness. Fourth, develop a multi-pronged approach to build a multi-platform to improve teachers' professional well-being. |
