| 摘 要： | 传统图书馆的人事管理、组织结构是阻碍图书馆建设进程的因素之一，文章提出需要创新的组织管理模式，以创新构筑图书馆事业发展新的平台，引导图书馆向高效率、现代化方向发展，从根本上提升图书馆整体管理水平和竞争力，从而促进图书馆业务创新，加快我国高校图书馆建设。
