| 摘 要： | 中国的综合性学术期刊在其整个发展过程中从未像最近20年来如此引起社会各界的高度关注。对于综合性学术期刊该走向何方,学界及期刊界同仁意见纷呈,各执一词。唯有贴近并尊重学术期刊自身发展特点及规律,着眼于世界学术期刊发展大势之下的建设性改革意见,才有助于学术期刊尤其是综合性大学学报的健康发展,也才有助于推动我国学术研究朝健康、良性的方向前行。在网刊的发展及其转型升级过程中,域出版理念的提出及实施高屋建瓴。但是,在其整个推进过程中也呈现出夹缝性存在的特征。企业的经济效益与学术公益性之间的根本性冲突将域出版扼杀于摇篮中。基于此,网刊的转型升级成为所有期刊人必须面对且深入思考的话题。

| Abstract: | China’s comprehensive academic journals have never attracted so much attention in the whole development process as in the past 20 years.There are various opinions towards this.Only by fitting and respecting the characteristics and the development rules of academic journals,and focusing on the constructive reform opinions on the basis of the general trend of the development of the world’s academic journals,can we help academic journals to develop healthily,especially the journals of comprehensive universities,and promote the healthy development of academic research in China.In the process of developing,transforming and upgrading online journals,the conception and implementation of Domain Publishing is undoubtedly of great significance.However,in the whole process,Domain Publishing survived in the gap.The fundamental conflict between the economic benefits of enterprises and the academic public welfare will strangle Domain Publishing in its cradle.Based on this,the transformation and upgrading of online journals have become a topic that all journals must face and think deeply. |
