| 摘 要： | 在介绍和比较分析ALA、LA、JLA及我国台湾地区图书馆职业资格制度的基础上,针对目前我国图书馆界存在的人才短缺、人才外流情况,结合我国部分省市出台的图书馆法规、条例中关于图书馆人员任用的规定,提出建立我国图书馆职业资 格制度的建议。
