| 摘 要： | 全球化不仅为我国的经济发展带来了机遇和挑战,同时也使我国公共管理面临更多的机遇和挑战。全球化对公务员队伍的人员素质和能力、公务员制度的人才吸引力、公务员的行政理念三个方面提出了更高的要求,我们必须进一步改革我国公务员选拔机制,进一步改革公务员的工资福利制度,进一步树立市场化的行政理念,不断满足全球化的要求。

| Abstract: | Globalization not only brought some opportunities and challenges to Chinese economic development but also to Chinese public administration. Globalization has made a better request for civil service's abilities and qualities, civil service system's ability to attract personnel, and civil service's administrative ideas. We should further improve the selection system, wages and welfare system, then establish marketized administrative ideas and constantly meet the needs of globalization. |
