| 摘 要： | 高等教育网络组织是高等教育开展合作创新的重要组织形式之一,而合作创新是高等教育网络组织发展的重要途径。高等教育网络组织合作创新的顺利开展及能否取得预期的高质量创新成果有赖于运行机制的必要保障,科学、顺畅、高效的运行机制在高等教育网络组织合作创新过程中起着全局性作用。根据动力来源的不同范围,高等教育网络组织合作创新的动力机制分为外部动力机制与内部动力机制;根据专业化分工的不同基础,高等教育网络组织合作创新的分工机制主要分为基于组织类型的分工机制、基于创新目的的分工机制与基于创新资源的分工机制;根据信任关系的不同阶段,高等教育网络组织合作创新的信任机制分为谋算型信任、理解型信任与认同型信任;根据不同的利益分配方式,高等教育网络组织合作创新的利益分配机制分为固定分成、按股分成与绩效分成;根据不同的协调途径或手段,高等教育网络组织合作创新的沟通协调机制分为法律协调机制、管理协调机制与社会协调机制。

| Abstract: | The higher educational network organization is one of the important organizational forms of cooperative innovation in higher education,and the cooperative innovation is an important way for development of higher educational network organization.The smooth development of cooperative innovation and the achievement of expected high-quality innovation results depend on the necessary guarantee of operational mechanism of higher educational network organizations.The scientific,smooth and efficient operational mechanism plays an overall role in the cooperative innovation of higher educational network organizations.The motive mechanism of cooperative innovation of higher educational network organization is divided into external and internal motive mechanism according to the different ranges of power sources;its work-division mechanism is divided into work-division based on organization type,work-division based on innovation purpose and work-division based on innovation resources according to the specialized division of labor;its trust mechanism is divided into calculus-based trust,knowledgebased trust and identification-based trust according to the different stages of trust relationship;its benefit distribution mechanism is divided into fixed dividend,share dividend and performance dividend according to the different methods of benefit distribution;its coordination mechanism is divided into legal coordination mechanism,management coordination mechanism and social coordination mechanism according to the different coordination means. |
