| 摘 要： | 师德建设是一个社会文明发展的总体性问题。师德建设包含伦理与道德两个层面。用教师品德建设表述我们的思考可能会更合理一些。教师品德建设的主体包括四个社会群体。作为教师必须树立教师品德自我养成的意识,应当全面提升自己从事职业必备的品德要素,这是教师不可推卸的社会义务和责任。
