| 摘 要： | 现代信息化条件下,迫切要求人们在充分享用信息资源的同时,对信息资源的版权提供强有力的保护.文章阐述了版权保护的意义及信息资源共享的合理性;从版权保护对信息资源共享的促进作用和信息资源共享中版权的约束力两方面说明版权保护与信息资源共享之间的联系;并就版权保护与信息资源共享之间的利益冲突及其诸多表现,论述妥善解决版权保护问题有利于促进信息资源共享.
