| 摘 要： | 在新一届党中央的领导下,从战略的高度提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务。我们要完成这一历史任务,尤其是西部,除了依靠国家政策的倾斜和东部发达地区的支持,关键要依靠西部农民这一支最主要的生力军。而怎样使我们的农民担当起这一历史重任,建设好新农村,关键在于发展西部农村地区的教育,提高农民素质。

| Abstract: | IN the new age,the Chinese Communist Party puts forward an important task of building the new socialist countryside.The efficient way to finish the task is to rely on the state policy and the support of the advanced eastern area,but the most important way is to rely on the peasants in western area.How to make the peasants stand the task? The key point is to develop and improve peasants' education. |
