| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着独立学院的快速发展，对教师数量与质量的要求也在增加。由于独立学院目标定位与运行模式的特殊性，其教师队伍结构及教育发展取向相对于一般普通本科院校有所不同。要更加注重从教师队伍的稳定性、教师的专业发展与教师结构调整等方面加强独立学院的教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the independent colleges have had a rapid development for various reasons. The quantity of students has got an important place, and the teacher-demand is growing. However, be cause of the specificity of target and operation, its teacher＇s structure and development orientation is dif ferent from this of undergraduates. It is the epistemological basis to promote the policies about teachers and to improve regulations that this paper comprehensively analyses and grasps the teachers-status. |
