| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产是我国各族人民世代相传、和人民群众生活紧密相关的文化形式，是中华民族文明和智慧的结晶，既是民族情感的桥梁和维护祖国文化繁荣的基础，又是历史发展的见证。图书馆对地方非物质文化遗产的保护起着重要作用，对文化的传承和发展至关重要。本文在对地方非物质遗产的概念及内涵进行概述的基础上，阐述图书馆对地方非物质文化遗产保护的定位和意义，并对在建设过程中可能遇到的问题及应对措施进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Non material cultural heritage is closely related to the people of all our nationalities from generation to generation, and the people's living form of culture, is the crystallization of Chinese civilization and wis?dom. The bridge is the national emotion and maintenancemotherland prosperity of culture, it is the historical de?velopment of the witness. The library is the protection of local intangible cultural heritage plays an important role, is crucial to the inheritance and development of culture. This paper summarized in the concept and connota?tion of local intangible cultural heritage on the in-depthlibrary, positioning of the intangible cultural heritage pro?tectionareas and meaning, and the possible problems encountered in the construction process, finally has carried on the discussion oncountermeasures. |
