| 摘 要： | 开设公共选修课是多数高校加强大学生文化素质教育的重要途径。问卷调查显示,高校公选课在推进素质教育方面具有多方面的优势,但高校公选课建设在教育思想观念、重视程度、教学质量与效果评价、课程管理方法手段等方面存在不足。加强公选课建设,应正确认识其目的与作用、加强选课指导、建立健全管理机构、完善运行机制和评价体系、加强师资队伍建设、规范学生选课,在自由与秩序间建立起一种平衡,并突显师范特色,充分发挥公选课加快教师教育改革的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The setting of public selecting courses is an important way to strengthen the quality-oriented education in universities. The survey shows that the universities have many advantages in promoting quality-oriented education, but there are some problems exist such as the sense of education, the degree of stress, the evaluation of teaching quality and effect and the methods in course management. In order to strengthen the building of public selecting courses, it is necessary to correctly understand its purpose and function, to give the guidance of selecting courses, to build complete managing organizations, to perfect evaluation system and to encourage teachers'active functions in teaching reform. |
