摘    要:高速切削(HSC)以高的加工效率和高的加工质量为主要特征。工件已加工表面粗糙度为评价工件表面质量的重要指标。机床、刀具与工件材料是影响高速切削已加工表面粗糙度的外在关键因素,通过对铝合金高速切削条件下工件表面粗糙度形成过程及影响因素的深入分析研究、对降低工件已加工表面粗糙度方法和手段的探索,系统地分析了切削过程中表面粗糙度的控制因素。

Abstract:The high cutting efficiency and good quality are the mostly characteristics of the high-speed cutting.workpieces' surfaces roughness is the most important estimated target for the workpiece surface quality.Machine tools,tools and the workpiece materials are all key external effect factors on workpiece surface quality in high-speed cutting.By deep analyzing and researching on the high-speed cutting workpiece surface roughness forming process and effect factors,to explore the ways of decreasing workpieces' surface roughness,analyzing systematically the surface roughness control factors in high-speed cutting.
