摘    要:为优化区域交通配置、协调运输网络负荷,针对环渤海地区集装箱运输现状,在运输费用最小化的基础上,引入负指数网络配流(Negative Exponent Network Flow Assignment, NENFA)模型,采用偏好因数对负指数网络配流模型进行改进.用该模型对各种运输方式在环渤海各地区间分流的货量比例进行研究;预测各种运输方式所占的市场份额;通过敏感性分析,为承运人提高市场份额提供决策依据.

Abstract:In order to optimize the regional traffic allocation and coordinate the transportation network load, the situation of container transportation around Bohai areas is considered, and the model of Negative Exponent Network Flow Assignment(NENFA) is introduced based on the minimum transportation cost. The NENFA model of negative exponent network flow assignment is improved through inclination factors. The proportion of cargo quantity distributed by using the model with different transportation means in various Bohai areas is studied. The market share occupied by these different transportation means is predicted. The reference on how to increase the market share is provided through the sensitivity analysis.
