| 摘 要： | 信用是历史的、社会的现象,属于关系范畴,本质上是一种伦理关系,是社会交往关系不确定性的产物。现代信用具有道德的、法律的、经济的内涵,具有巨大的社会功能。信用的健康发展要靠道德、法律、制度来维护和保障。

| Abstract: | The credit which is the historic and social affairs is a relation category, it is the result of indefinable social communication .The essence of credit is an ethics relation .The modern credit contention involves of morality, law and economy, and it has important social function. The healthily developing of the credit needs the defence of morality, law and institution. |
