| 摘 要： | 图书馆对先进文化建设的智力支持作用的发挥主要通过三种途径:一是加强文献资源建设的深度、广度和协作度,使民族的优秀文化遗产和国外先进的文明成果都能得到保存、继承和共享。二是充分开发智力资源,提高为政府和企业服务的力度,发挥图书馆作为创新思想武器库的作用。三是提高广大民众的科学文化水平,提高全民族的文化素质,促进人的全面发展和社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Libraries could play an important intellectual role in the construction of China's advanced culture in three ways.First,libraries should strengthen its collection building;Secondly,libraries should fully utilize its intellectual resources to serve the local government,corporation and society.Finally,it is most important to improve the ordinary people's intellectual level and information literacy,and to further develop a harmonious society. |
