| 摘 要： | 通过比较中国和美国一些高校图书馆学科馆员服务的重视程度、设置情况、职责功能、任职资格、页面建设、管理体制等方面的内容,中国目前开展学科馆员的服务整体水平远远落后于美国,建议中国高校图书馆学科馆员设置因馆而宜、明确学科馆员的职责、注重学科馆员的选拔、经常进行学科馆员教育与职业培训、改变传统的服务方式,探索新的服务手段、完善学科馆员的管理体制等等。
