| Abstract: | Specialization of Mathematics Education, especially specialization of Mathematics Education Doctoral Program, was an important component of reform of mathematics education. The author introduced the discussion about mathematics education doctoral program among US mathematics educators in recent years and poses the components of mathematics education doctoral program in China. The author called on that mathematics education doctoral program in China should be one of the mathematics education reforms so that mathematics education research in China could stand at the front of the world. |
