| 摘 要： | 我国的产业集群尤其是自然生成的产业集群大都根植于传统社会资本之上。这种传统的社会资本不利于产业集群的进一步发展和壮大。应当促使产业集群组织的社会资本朝开放、流动、竞合的方向发展,采取有效措施投资和积累集群组织的社会资本,以促进我国产业集群的健康和快速发展。

| Abstract: | Industry cluster in our country,especially the industry cluster by nature,mostly is rooted in the traditional social capital. The traditional social capital is disadvantageous to the industry cluster 's further development and expanse. To promote industry cluster 's healthy and fast development,it is necessary to make the social capital develop towards opening,fluxion,competition and cooperation,to invest and accumulate social capital by effective measures. |
