| 摘 要： | 通过献法和调查，分析了田径田赛运动员专项能力的结构及其相应层次，对专项能力的训练方法进行系统分类。认为田径田赛运动员专项能力包括专项基础能力、技能协调能力和核心动作能力。田赛运动员的专项能力是机体直接满足专项竞技需要，动员完成运动器官、特定肌群和心理调控机制的协同工作能力。旨为田赛训练提供理论依据。
