| 摘 要： | 我国建筑工程造价管理体制还存在薄弱点,我们应该借鉴国外的经验,树立工程造价全过程控制与管理理念,建立工程造价咨询机构,在工程前期阶段和实施过程中进行控制,不断积累资料,培养一支懂经济技术和国家政策的造价工程师队伍。

| Abstract: | China has entered WTO in 2001,the system of recent construction cost management is influenced by market enconomy and the foreign model.This paper focus on the construction cost controlling and management to find out the weakness in system,thus exploring the new ideas or ways in construction cost controlling.A new idea for controlling construction cost is presented.Meanwhile,the conclusion shows that the team of engineers specializd in economic technique and national policy research must be trained. |
