| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，知识已经成为企业核心竞争力的主要来源，知识创新成为企业获取竞争优势的主要途径。而产业集群有利于提高集群内企业的知识创新能力。本文在分析知识创新概念和特征的基础上，利用GEM的知识创新系统模型对集群内知识创新能力的影响因素进行了分析，最后结合我国产业集群发展现状，对政府需要采取的政策和措施提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy age,knowledge has been the main source of enterprise core competition;knowledge innovation has become an important approach to strengthen its competitive advantage.Industrial cluster is useful to improve its members' capacity of knowledge innovation.With the explanation of the concept and characteristic of knowledge innovation,this paper analyzes the determinants of knowledge innovation capacity based on GEM model of knowledge innovation system.Finally with the actuality of our industrial clusters,it puts forwards some policy suggests for improving knowledge innovation capacity in industrial clusters. |
