| 摘 要： | 随着近年来高等教育的快速发展,高职高专类院校逐步涉足科研活动。高职高专院校与其他高校相比,在科研管理方面具有自身的特点和规律,与其相适应,高职高专院校的科研经费管理也应体现其特点和规律性。文章通过对高职高专科研经费管理的特点、面临的问题及产生的原因进行研究分析,提出了对高职高专院校科研经费管理进行体制创新和机制创新的若干观点和建议。
