| 摘 要： | 在当前的历史条件下,引进消化吸收再创新仍是提高我国自主创新能力的重要途径之一.从技术引进投入、来源地、消化吸收投入及R&D投入强度等方面,对我国制造业引进消化再创新现状进行纵向分析.从技术引进投入和消化吸收投入等方面,分别对重点产业和重点区域的现状进行比较分析.提出我国制造业引进消化吸收再创新中存在的主要问题在于政府科技资金支持与引导不足、重点区域技术引进集中于三资企业、二次创新的投入能力较弱和高技术产业技术引进投入比例偏低等四个方面.
