图书馆绩效评估要素说

摘    要:绩效评估是图书馆实现绩效管理的有效手段之一。但是,由于管理者对评估要素缺乏较为全面、透彻的分析和把握,造成了评价重点的偏离,绩效评估的实际效果不佳。可见,只有重视对评估要素的分析和遴选,并运用抽象图书馆学的分析方法,建立不同类型的要素模型,实施定量测评手段,才能更准确地把握评估对象的特点,使评估工作更加公正、精确、高效。

Abstract:Achievement evaluation is one of the efficient measures of performance management in a library. But it would be hard for the chief-librarian to apply the evaluation system to practice because he is finding it difficult to make full use of it in one way or another. So the evaluation system seems not to work well. In my point of view, if he sees the importance of analyzing the system point by point, with the help of abstract analytics of library science, to establish different basic models by means of quantitative analysis so that it is possible to evaluate the library management scientifically and recognize the features of the library being evaluated, thus ensuring the fairness and efficiency of the evaluation work for the library.
