| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育事业的蒸蒸日上,体育科研成果也不断涌现,体育科技期刊是传载体育科研成果的专业性学术期刊。如何适应高速发展的体育信息时代,培养一支高水平的、结构合理的体育科技期刊编辑队伍,一直以来就是一个值得探讨的问题。本文论述了提高体育科技期刊编辑队伍素质的重要性。从业务素质、政治素质、道德素质三个方面指出体育科技期刊编辑应具备的能力,并就提高体育科技期刊编辑素质的途经提出了自己的思路。
