| 摘 要： | 从对福建省1978年至2009年财政支出情况的建模分析中可以看出,福建省财政支出占GDP比重总体水平偏低;有鉴于此,我国西部的欠发达省份在今后的社会建设工作中,应更加科学合理地运用地方政府职能,推进税收改革,确保稳定的财政收入,建立起健全的政府部门预算体系,以保证地方财政支出规模的最优化,进而保证地方的良性可持续发展.
