| Abstract: | It is a fundamental,principle of the modern democratic constitutional government to respect and ensure human rights.It is the first time for China to enter "the country respects and ensures human rights" into the Constitution in 2004 Constitutional Amendment since it sought to establish constitutionalism,the latest breakthrough and development in the democratic constitutionalism and political civilization in contemporary China.It will lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a real democratic constitutional government. |
