| 摘 要： | 建设特色专业群,有利于提高普通高校核心竞争力。特色专业群由核心层、紧密层和松散层组成。处于核心地位的核心层是一个或多个主干特色专业,处于中间的紧密层是多个支撑特色专业,处于表层的松散层是多个关联特色专业。其中,主干特色专业决定特色专业群的特色。特色专业群的形成动力来自于产业发展对人才需求的拉力、市场竞争的压力和高校内部的推动力。产业发展的拉力和内部推动力共同作用形成自然演化型特色专业群,竞争压力和内部推动力共同作用形成计划培育型特色专业群。

| Abstract: | Ii is the objective law for specialty development of colleges and universities,from the lack of specialty characteristics to the characteristic specialty,and then to the characteristic specialty groups,from a single-level characteristic professional to multilevel characteristic professional group.So to strengthen the construction of characteristic speciality group will help improve core competence of colleges and universities.Specialty groups covers the core layer,intermediate layer and outer layer.The core layer which is in the core position is constituted by one or more main characteristic specialty;The intermediate layer which is constituted by supportive characteristic specialties;And the outer layer is constituted by many connective characteristic specialties.Among them,main characteristic speciality decides the characteristics of the characteristic speciality group.The formation power of characteristic speciality group comes from pulling force of industrial development to talented person demand,the market competition pressure and internal propelling force of colleges and universities.The pulling force and the propelling force combine to form characteristic specialty group of the type of natural evolution,and the pressure of competition and the internal propelling force combines to form characteristic specialty group of the type of plan cultivation. |
