| 摘 要： | 当前,建设类高职院校工学结合人才培养模式不能突显专业特色,课程体系构建学科化,岗位职业能力不突出,且普遍存在"结而不合"的现象。建设类高职院校应构建符合专业特色的工学结合人才培养模式,课程体系要体现"职业岗位能力本位化",教学过程要"项目化或产品化",考核方式要多样化,企业锻炼要关联化,充分发挥工学结合人才培养模式在高素质、高技能专门应用型人才培养中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Presently,in vocational colleges of construction,the personnel training mode of learning plus working can not highlight the characteristics of major,the curricula are making disciplines,the professional competence at post is not stressed,and there prevails the phenomenon of "together but not combined".The higher vocational colleges of construction should build the personnel training mode of learning plus working which accords with the professional features,the curricula should reflect the "professional competency at post",the teaching process should be "project/ product oriented",the assessment methods should be diversified and the corporate exercise be relevant to give full play to the importance of personnel training mode of learning plus working in the training of high-quality and highly skilled specialized applied personnel. |
