| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省体工大队优秀运动队化教育工作的现状分析，指出目前优秀运动队化教育工作中存在的主要问题是：学训矛盾突出，化课学习时间少，学生难以系统掌握知识以及竞训目标与教学规律之间存在着矛盾。建议建立适合运动队特点的化教育体制，采取灵活多样的教学手段，强化学生的学习意识，提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The main problems,which existed in excellent Henan sports teams,were the conflicts between learning and training,students' difficulty of mastering knowledge and deficiency of time,object training and teaching rules. It was suggested to set up cultural education system which was fit for the characteristic of the sports team,to adopt various teaching methods,to intensify the students' consciousness of studying,to improve teaching quality and to edit proper textbooks were effective ways. |
