| 摘 要： | 在一定的技能、体能条件下，散手运动员可挖掘的潜力便在于“心力”。我国古代曾有过无数次大小军事战争，积累下许多宝贵的作战经验，留有不少珍贵的兵书战策，它们对今天的散手竞技运动及其战术研究的发展，仍具有很高的借鉴价值。
