| Abstract: | The rapid development of electronic commerce calls for the making of electronic contract format terms.The author discusses the range within which the electronic contract format terms work,analyzes the law issues pertinent to the electronic contract format terms and puts forward some suggestions on how to revise the present terms and make a standard version of these terms. |
