| 摘 要： | 吏强官弱是宋代社会政治的一大特征。吏强官弱的表现不能仅从封建士大夫所强调的吏胥奸猾的一面去认识 ,还应从作为具有统治功能的一个政治阶层对社会政治生活所起作用方面去考虑。吏强官弱的形成归根结底是宋代专制主义中央集权政治的结果。对此 ,应从政治经济等方面进行细致的分析 ,以充分把握宋代乃至整个封建社会官僚政治的特征

| Abstract: | Clerks strong and officials weak in the government office,is one of important characteristics of the social politics in the Song Dynasty.This phenomenon not only can be approached from the craftiness of clerks as emphatically noted by feudal scholar officials,but also should be considered from the part played in the social politics by clerks as a political stratum being instated with a ruling function.The common practice of clerks being powerful while officials feeble is,in the final analysis,the consequence of the centralized despotist politics of the Song Dynasty.Accordingly,painstaking analysis has to be made in terms of the politico economic aspect,so as to have a profound grasp of the characteristics of bureaucratic politics in the Song Dynasty and even in all the feudal societies. |
