摘    要:教育的世界应是师生的真情世界 ,教育的全部蕴念都包含在师生关系之中。正是师生关系的存在 ,人、教育、社会、文化才真正融为一体。然而 ,时代变迁对师生关系带来了诸多挑战和影响 ,良好师生关系的建构急需置于教育改革的重心。社会支持策略、家长参与策略、学校组织策略、师生共建策略是良好师生关系建构的实践策略

Abstract:The world of education should have to be a world of true feelings in which all implications of the teacher student relationship are involved.It is just because of the existence of this relationship that man,education,society and culture are fused into one.However,changes of the times have brought about a variety of challenges to,and produced a lot of effects on,this relationship,and consequently,there arises an urgent call for the construction of a good teacher student relationship to be placed in the centre of the reform in education.Society supporting strategy,parent participating strategy,school organizing strategy and teacher student joint endearouring strategy are all practical strategies for constructing a good teacher student relationship.
