| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》从制定到正式实施以来,给我国的政府信息公开开创了新的局面,也给我国的档案开放工作提出了一系列挑战。如何改革档案开放制度,使之与《政府信息公开条例》相互衔接,引起了众多档案人的思考。文章从政府信息公开与档案开放的关系入手,对档案开放制度改革提出一系列建议。
