| 摘 要： | 本论述了建设生态明的重要意义和作用,揭示了我国古代在“天人合一”的思想指导下出现的生态明及其启示,提出我国当前建设生态明的具体措施：要进一步提高认识,树立生态明观;要建立生态消费的完整体系;除运用行政手段、法律手段保护生态环境外,还要运用经济手段;要以人为本,不断提高人的素质。并提出全面建设小康社会有关生态明的指标。

| Abstract: | The article firstly discusses why we emphasize the ecological civilization. Secondly, it analyzes the ecological civilization and its enlightenment at the ancient times of our country under the guiding of the thought of "uniting the nature and man as one", and puts forward the concrete measures of developing the ecological civilization in our country at present ,such as further deepening people's understanding and setting up the views of the ecological civilization , establishing the complete systems of ecological consumption , protecting the ecological environment by making use of the administration means, law means and the economic means, making people the center and continuously increasing the people's quality. At last, it puts forward the relevant targets of the ecological civilization at the times of building a well-off society completely. |
