| 摘 要： | 通过与Google数字图书馆对比，指出目前我国数字图书馆存在着分散作业，重复浪费，缺乏相应的版权制度。版权代理机制不完善。扫描技术落后等问题，提出必须加强宏观调控，制定相应标准，完善相关版权制度，提高数字化技术等建议，借鉴Google数字图书馆成功因素，推动我国数字图书馆建设．

| Abstract: | By contrast with Google digital library, there are some problems in Chinese digital library, such as working in dispersion, repeated waste, lack of relevant copyrights system, imperfect on mechanism of copyright agent. The article appeals to strengthen macro-regulation, to make standard corresponding, to perfect related copyright system, and to improve digital technology, etc. Reference success factors in Google digital library,will promote construction of digital library in China. |
