| 摘 要： | 从企业竞争力提升这一目标出发，讨论了企业技术同化的概念和构成，分析了技术同化对于企业技术能力提高，乃至企业竞争力提高的作用，本文认为，作为一个发展中的大国，我国企业提升自身的技术能力不仅要依靠自身研究与开发的努力，也要灵活利用和借鉴外部先进的技术理念，以实现技术的跨越式发展．

The paper states that China, as a developing country, should improve its technology ability with both inner R&D efforts and outside technologies. |
